Happy New Year! Today is January 22, 2025, which marks the beginning of the Human Design New Year and the beginning of my podcast. Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here.
If you are new to Quantum Human Design, some of the terms I’m using may feel unfamiliar, but don't worry—there’s plenty of information out there to help you get started. A quick Google search will give you a wealth of resources to explore. And if you're interested in diving deeper, you can always check out my website at www.energyweaverllc.com and book a personal quantum human design reading.
As I mentioned in the intro, we will be focusing on the energetic placements of the sun and the earth, as they move through the gates of the Quantum Human design chart throughout the year. You might be wondering why we’re only focusing on the Sun and Earth in particular, especially when there are so many other planets involved in Human Design. Well, in the Human Design body graph, the Sun and Earth represent about 70% of the energy in your chart, making them incredibly powerful forces. When they transit through the various gates in the chart, everyone has amplified access to the energies of the highlighted gates during that brief time.
The Sun’s energy brings us a surge of power, motivation, abundance, and vitality, helping us to align with our purpose and direction. On the other hand, the Earth’s energy acts as a grounding force, helping us stay connected and balanced amidst the Sun’s intense energy. We’ll explore both the Sun and the Earth’s influences, as well as incorporate some intuitive Shamanic wisdom to enrich our understanding. By combining these perspectives, my hope is to offer you guidance and inspiration for the week ahead. So let’s get started.
Today, the Sun has moved into Gate 41, the Gate of Imagination. This gate invites us to embrace our creative potential and envision new opportunities that could transform our lives and the world around us. Gate 41’s energy encourages us to break free from old patterns and limiting beliefs, pushing us to hold onto bold visions and dreams even when external circumstances or others’ skepticism may suggest that it’s impossible. It asks us to step away from negative thinking and worst-case scenarios, shifting instead to a place of creativity and possibility.
During this time, we are invited to have the courage to share our unique insights and creative ideas, even when faced with the fear of judgment or ridicule. The Sun’s energy in Gate 41 empowers us to tap into our inner visionary and trust in the power of imagination.
This is the time to believe in miracles, even when they seem out of reach. It’s a moment to nurture the creative fire within and boldly bring new ideas to life, with the faith that the right circumstances will unfold when the time is right.
Now, the Earth’s position in Gate 31, the Gate of the Leader, provides a stabilizing force during this time, encouraging us to act as leaders, not through dominance or ego, but through the humility of service. This leadership is about guiding others and ourselves with wisdom, clarity, and a deep sense of purpose, without allowing fears like being overlooked, unheard, or unaccepted to cloud our actions. These fears can inhibit the manifestation of creative visions, so practicing grounded leadership helps to balance the visionary energy from Gate 41.
By embodying the characteristics of Gate 31—such as leading with integrity, authenticity, and a desire to serve—we can bring the inspired ideas of Gate 41 into tangible reality. Grounding this energy ensures that ideas move beyond mere concepts and into forms that can truly make an impact.
So now, let’s bring in some Shamanic wisdom to further guide us through the week. I am pulling from the Mystic Wanderer Oracle Card deck by Austeen Freeman and Kate Osborne. I am not sure if there are any more decks available for purchase, as there was a limited supply, but I will link Austeen’s website in the show notes so you can check out her other fabulous offerings.
The card I pulled from her deck was Pegasus - Take Flight. I think the description of this card goes perfectly with both Gates 41 and 31. I will read the Wanderer’s Wisdom directly from the book. Does success seem elusive? Do your goals seem unattainable? Being dragged down by the weight of your desires Dreams are not heavy; they are what float you off the ground and lift you to the heavens. Listen here, dreamer! Don’t let anyone tell you your aspirations are too big, too much, or too crazy; your dreams are epic and beautiful. People may try to discourage you from going after and chasing the life you desire. Pegasus is here to give you courage and bravery to go fearlessly into the unknown. To show you what the spiritual realm can help you with. This is the time of great ambition and hope, so start to organize, make contacts and really dedicate your entire being to your purpose. It’s going to be a prosperous journey. Take flight wanderer, feel yourself soaring through the sky, and gazing down on a grateful world.
So, to recap: tap into your imagination, hold fast to your visions of abundance, start believing in miracles, and stay grounded by leading from a place of integrity and service.
Each week, I am going to give you some questions to ponder. If you are a journaler, you may want to get a journal specifically for this, or use one you’ve already started. If you’re a meditator, take these into your meditations this week. If you go on walks, maybe contemplate these on your walks. Do whatever works for you. Here are today’s prompts. There are quite a few, so take what resonates and leave the rest.
Do I own my creative power?
What can I do to express my creative abilities?
What do I do to hold on to my dreams and visions?
Do I allow myself to dream of good things?
Do I believe in miracles?
How can I deepen my faith in the goodness of the world?
How do I feel about being a leader?
Am I comfortable leading?
What is my place of service and who do I serve?
Think about these, write about them, meditate on them…do whatever calls to you. And I’ll see you back here in 5 days as the Sun and earth transit to their next stops - the gates of attunement and retelling. See you then!
